The Kent Association of Training Organisations was established more than 25 years ago to promote and deliver education and training throughout Kent and Medway.
We do this in two ways:
We support employers who seek to grow their business by improving the performance, productivity, motivation and morale of their staff
We support training providers who deliver high quality training to people in employment or who wish to continue their education through work based learning
