Kent Apprenticeships will work with KATO and NAS to find the training provider best suited to meet your training needs.

Kent Apprenticeships and the Training Providerwill advise you regarding contractual requirements, minimumwage and your commitment to your Apprentice.

Once a provider has been established they will visit you to determine your needs, assess the job role and risk assess the working environment.

With help from the Training Provider create a job description for your Apprenticeship vacancy.
6.
Kent Apprenticeships and the training provider will work with you to advertise your job through Apprenticeship vacancies online.
7.
After the closing date you will receive a selection of suitable applications in a format agreed with the training provider.
8.
You will shortlist these applicants for an interview.
9.
You will interview the applicants and appoint your apprentice!
10.
Agree a start date and make sure your apprentice has an induction arranged, a line manager decided and is set up to be paid their training allowance.
